Mia’s is an Emmy Award nominated and Pulitzer Prize finalist documentary producer with a passion for amplifying the voices of BIPOC, women, and other marginalized communities. Ignited through a diverse array of mediums, including literature, film, and video games, Mia contributed as a primary team member at the inception of two startup ventures—one in the healthcare realm and the other in E-Sports, where she delved into the dynamic world of live broadcasting.

Transitioning her skills and experiences, Mia made a foray into the film industry, where she became an integral part of the two-time Emmy-nominated feature documentary team behind “Judy Blume Forever”. Mia was inspired by the directors' passionate storytelling and dedication to their craft, and since then she has been driven to do the same.

Mia’s current focus encompasses documentary formats spanning from news segments, short films, and feature-length productions. With each project she undertakes, Mia’s mission remains steadfast: to provoke introspection, ignite empathy, and catalyze positive change within our society.
