JOIN THE HERD

At Snarky Elephant Productions, we don’t just talk about change, we build it into everything we do. Our company is founded on the belief that film should reflect the world as it is: diverse, fearless, and unapologetically authentic. That’s why we focus exclusively on producing bold, groundbreaking content by and about historically underrepresented communities — especially those too often left out of the frame.

From the stories we tell to the teams we build, we’re committed to rewriting the script on representation, equity, and access. That means equal pay, inclusive hiring, and crew diversity aren't perks, they’re policy.
