Harris has developed unscripted projects with Kevin Hart, Rebel Wilson, Elizabeth Banks, and many other celebrities. In 2017, Harris also co-created “Kicking & Screaming”, a large, comedic, survival format which was ordered straight to series on Fox and sold to numerous territories worldwide.

In 2018, Harris co-created and served as Executive Producer on Kevin Hart’s hit show, “Kevin Hart: What the Fit”, which launched in March 2018. The show is among YouTube’s highest performing original series to date. Season Two of the show built on the inaugural season’s success and achieved even greater numbers, with Episode 1 garnering over 15m views in its first week in release. “What the Fit" built on that success yet again in a third season which premiered in 2020. “What the Fit” earned Harris a nomination for a Producers Guild Award for Outstanding Short Form Program in 2019 and won him a Realscreen Award in 2020.

Harris has developed unscripted projects across broadcast, premium streaming, and cable networks. In 2022, Harris pivoted back into scripted, and sold a film to Disney which he is producing. That feature is currently in development at the studio. Harris also redeveloped and rebooted the beloved children’s series “Reading Rainbow”. That interactive streaming project premiered in March 2022.

Harris is also a quarter-finalist for the Nicholl Fellowship (The Academy's Fellowship), semi-finalist at the Page Awards, and two of his scripts (Bearcats and The Other Side) are in the coveted Red List, which features only the top 20 scripts on the site.
